SMART

All columns operate together, individually or can be divided into separate pairs.

SAFE

19 safety lock positions spaced every 3” starting at 12”.
Locking pins prevent movement of adjustable forks.
Pallet jack style DUAL STEERING WHEELS lower when weight is applied (vs.spring loaded steering wheels which can cause columns to roll when not loaded.)
Low mounting of power units means low center of gravity which makes moving the columns easier vs. topple prone “top heavy” columns.
15” lifting forks handle wide tires or 22” long forks for raising BOTH dual rear tires (22” forks reduce capacity to by 2,000 lbs.)

STRONG

18,000, 24,000 or 30,000 lb.capacity columns mean Mohawk lifts vehicles other brands won’t.
Column construction made of 5 3/4” or 7” USA made, [ shaped fork lift channel sections. Mohawk does not use I-beam, H-beam, bent sheet metal or rectangular tubing for structural integrity.
Carriages ride on roller bearings for smooth steady lifting. No plastic slide blocks or plastic rollers.
Larger capacities & wider carriages available.

LIFT FEATURES

Mohawk uses SIEMENS® PLC computer controls for continuous synchronization of all columns. All posts can control all columns, pairs or single column operation. Each post equipped with emergency shut off switch.

Control Panel
Mohawk mobile columns are built from 5 3/4” fork lift mast sections, featuring double sealed, self lubricating cylindrical roller bearings for smooth, safe lifting and lowering.

19 locking positions spaced every 3”, with ability to ‘park’ the load on the mechanical safety locks.

Safety Locks
Mohawk adjustable lifting forks are available in either 15” or 22” lengths for floatation tires or super-singles for safely lifting both rear tires. Forks adjust & lock for tire sizes from 48” down to 14” with wheels from 24” to 13” diameter.

Adjustable Forks
Mohawk lifts steer via large TWIN, 6 5/8” diameter, rubber coated steering wheels to easily roll over expansion seams & shop debris. Mohawk-the easiest columns to move. No steel or plastic wheels. Mohawk lifts easily roll on 6” rubber coated steel wheels (not plastic) which retract, to load the weight on the lift & shop floor (not the lifts wheels or axle).

24 volt control consoles show lifting height, battery voltage, cycles, capacity, annual OSHA required inspection dates plus many more features.

LCD Screen
Twin 12 volt, deep cycle, maintenance free US made batteries. Each column equipped with a 10 amp, 110 volt battery charger for quickly recharging the batteries. One battery charge is good for 30+ cycles and will still leave the batteries at 75% power.

Deep Cycle Batteries
- Mohawk’s simple to operate and simple to understand control consoles are the same on all posts.
- Any post will raise, lower, or park (lock) the lift.
- Each post is equipped with an emergency stop button to turn the lift off. Each column equipped with a switch to operate all columns, pairs or a single column.
- Lift notifies operator when batteries need to be charged, communications are halted, stops haven’t been released and many other user functions.
- Easily programmed, password protected, auto height limiter for low ceiling shops.
Mohawk’s 24 volt D.C. (battery operated) mobile lift features the same heavy duty column, retractable wheels, adjustable lifting forks, and available options of Mohawk’s 220/440 volt mobile lift.

JACK STANDS

Mohawk Jack Stands are available in rubber coated flat pads or axle engaging lift pads. Mohawk's listed jack stands are available in 18,000 or 24,000 lb. capacities.

18,000 or 24,000 lb. Capacities
A set of stands allows columns to be moved to a different bay and raise another vehicle. Adjustable height stands are available in high(47-75") medium(30-47") or low varieties (18-30").

Available in Three Sizes
Mohawk's mobile jack stands are equipped with a handle and large casters for easy movement.
