Sales Operations Administrator

The Sales Operations Administrator will play a key role in supporting sales representatives and coordinating sales and marketing related activities. The Sales Operations Administrator will assist in maintaining good customer relationships by acting as an extension of the sales department. The Coordinator’s responsibilities include support of Mohawk’s business development operations as well as execution of Mohawk’s Go-to-market strategy.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

  • Support Sales Team and partner organizations by providing quotes to end customers within specified guidelines
  • Build a strong relationship with sales team members, coordinate sales processes, and manage multiple tasks to ensure day-to-day sales support needs are met
  • Process orders received timely – checking for accuracy, completeness, and ensuring orders are processed in line with customers’ delivery requirements
  • Steward sales through the pipeline in various capacities, which will include coordinating installation, reconciling purchase order and collaborating with other departments.
  • Administer Mohawk’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for internal sales and distributor partners
  • Act as a first point of contact for urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are not available.
  • Provide President and Business Development Manager with various research, reports, presentations, and various administrative support to drive Mohawk’s initiatives in the private and government marketplaces.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process improvement for Mohawk direct and partner sales, which may include working directly with end customers to streamline and process transactions.
  • Work with Mohawk’s Business Development Manager to identify and research new markets and opportunities for growth; perform competitive research and analysis
  • Perform various other duties as assigned which may include marketing-based assignments, phone coverage, collateral inventory management & processing

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, and SKILLS: Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities is a must.  Clear and effective communications skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work effectively in a client-focused, team environment.  Must possess solid Microsoft (Excel, WORD, PowerPoint and Outlook) proficiency as well as social media skills.  Some experience in customer service is essential. 

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a preferred minimum of one (1) year in a full-time customer service related / sales capacity is desired.  Entry level candidates will be considered.

CERTIFICATES, LICENCES, REGISTRATIONS:  Valid NYS driver’s license. 

Welder

Welder – Shift-2

Mohawk Lifts, a leading lifts manufacturer, is seeking to hire a Welder to join our team!  Welder is responsible for welding activities, including maintaining an efficient and clean work environment to weld current and evolving fabricated products.  The Welder follows safety requirements. Shift-2 Welder works from 8:30am – 5:00pm .

Successful candidates will possess the following qualifications:

Education
Mandatory: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Welding vocational training or a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in a welding role, including setting and adjusting weld settings based on material types and grades, desired weld bead size and quality.

Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in welding steel.  Knowledgeable in welding processes including Gas metal arc welding and Flux cored arc welding. Demonstrated skills in pre-heat, weld fit up, weld preparation, weld inspection, and weld finishing.  Must be detail oriented with attention to accuracy. Must be able to read, write, and speak English language and be understood.  Basic shop math.  Must be able to work with minimum supervision.
