The FL-25 delivers a full 25,000-pound capacity in a compact, above-ground design—no pits or in-ground cylinders required. Installation is fast and straightforward, and the open layout provides complete undercarriage access with a lifting height of more than 5 feet 9 inches. Adjustable 24-inch runways easily accommodate forklifts of every size, and custom configurations are available for unique industrial requirements.
Heavy Duty, Rugged Construction
Built for nonstop duty, the FL-25 features three parallel 8-inch steel I-beams joined by 7-by-5-inch structural cross-rails and a 10-by-6-inch reversible top rail for exceptional strength. Mohawk’s chain-drive system eliminates the stretch and fray issues common to cable lifts, while double-sealed, self-lubricating hardened steel rollers keep every pivot point moving smoothly with minimal maintenance.
Advanced Safety
Safety is engineered into every component. Multi-position mechanical locks engage at all four posts, hydraulic safeties use pressure-compensated flow control valves and tamper-proof velocity fuses, and a single-position, two-hand release ensures controlled lowering. Mechanical chain synchronization keeps the lift perfectly level, and Mohawk’s industry-leading construction delivers unmatched stability and reliability for years of heavy service.

ROLLING ELECTRIC/HYDRAULIC OR AIR/HYDRAULIC JACKS
Optional rolling air/hydraulic jacks for “wheels free” tire and brake service. Jacks roll the full length of the runway and have a mechanically activated lock. Optional runway lighting illuminates the vehicle undercarriage.
