Distributor Training Overview
Mohawk’s Distributor Training & Orientation is a comprehensive two-and-a-half-day, on-site program designed to equip our partners with the knowledge, confidence, and tools needed to successfully represent and sell Mohawk lifting solutions. This is not traditional classroom instruction—it’s hands-on, interactive, and built around real-world application.
The training is intentionally conversation-driven. Questions are strongly encouraged, and sessions are designed to pause and pivot whenever clarification or deeper discussion is needed. Our goal is not just to present information, but to ensure complete understanding and confidence.
The experience is structured to provide a balanced, well-rounded perspective:
- One-third hands-on equipment time – See Mohawk lifts in action, observe real-world applications, and gain practical insight into features, safety systems, and performance advantages.
- One-third on the factory floor – Experience how Mohawk lifts are built, understand our manufacturing standards, and see firsthand what sets American-made quality apart.
- One-third interactive discussion sessions – Engage in collaborative conversations focused on product knowledge, positioning, competitive differentiation, and sales strategy.
You’ll be moving through different active shop environments, exploring multiple installations, and seeing a variety of Mohawk lifts operating in real settings.
By the end of the program, distributors leave not only informed—but equipped, confident, and ready to represent Mohawk with authority in their market.
