To submit a Parts Order, Quote Request or Lift Service Request, you must provide the lift’s Serial Number, and Part Numbers and Quantities required or the issue you are experiencing with your lift.
All pricing/quotes for Common Parts can be found on the Common Parts Price List. This List shows pricing for the most common (99%+) parts orders, and includes Retail Pricing, FOB Factory. Part numbers for uncommon parts can be found in the Lift Manuals Section.
For expedited quotes on uncommon parts, please — as able — include parts numbers as found in the Lift Manuals, or provide as much detailed information as possible for our Service Team’s Review. This will ensure that our Service Team has the relevant information to support your parts or service/troubleshooting request as quickly as possible.
