LiftPoint Columns & Swing Arm Construction
LiftPoint columns are built from ¾”-thick forklift mast steel, delivering exceptional strength, durability, and long-term reliability. Each carriage rides on eight double-sealed, self-lubricating steel ball bearing rollers, ensuring smooth, consistent movement with minimal wear. Powering the lift are two heavy-duty 4” hydraulic cylinders—one in each post— providing a stable, balanced lift even under demanding loads. Low-profile 1.5” three-stage swing arms easily fit beneath most material handling equipment, with optional lower-profile adapters available when needed. Adjustable three-stage arms allow seamless compatibility across fleets of varying sizes, lengths, and widths. Overhead stainless steel hydraulic lines are easily adjustable to accommodate tall masts or can be routed in-floor for maximum flexibility.
Industry-Leading Safety Systems & Warranty Protection
LiftPoint’s patented safety systems set the standard for protection and peace of mind. Infinite-position internal hydraulic safeties are reinforced by external pressure-compensated flow controls and velocity fuse valving, delivering controlled and secure operation at every lift height. Mechanical safety locks engage in both columns at all positions, from ground level to full rise, while automatic swing arm restraints lock during lifting and disengage only once the equipment is fully lowered. Integrated electric safeties prevent system overloading, protecting both the lift and the operator. Backed by one of the most comprehensive warranties in the industry—25-year structural, 10-year mechanical, and a limited lifetime cylinder seal warranty—LiftPoint lifts are built for confidence and longevity.
Precision Hydraulic Operation & Synchronized Lifting
LiftPoint’s advanced hydraulic system delivers smooth, synchronized lifting without unnecessary complexity. Hydraulic fluid is evenly distributed between both cylinders through overhead or optional in-floor stainless steel lines, while a patented hydraulic synchronization system ensures level lifting without cables, chains, pulleys, restrictive overhead covers, or obstructive floor plates. The LTX Series utilizes a true piston and ram system with direct-drive lifting rods and premium U.S.-built power systems for stable, dependable performance. Welded steel carriages roll on eight self-lubricating steel ball bearing rollers and feature a thrust-load bearing design that absorbs the forces generated by heavy counterbalanced forklifts. Compared to competitive lifts that rely on plastic slide blocks, LiftPoint bearings deliver lower friction, longer life, and significantly reduced maintenance.

LTX Direct Drive
Heavy duty column construction with direct drive cylinders, direct drive lifting rods and stainless steel hydraulic lines are built for decades of low-maintenance operation.
Footprint
LiftPoint’s large and stable footprint measures 30” wide by 24” and is made of 3⁄4” thick plate. LiftPoint’s large base gives stability to the lift, while distributing the load to the shop floor.
Thrust Bearings
LiftPoint’s welded steel carriages roll on eight double sealed, self-lubricating, steel ball bearing rollers, and incorporates a thrust load bearing design to dissipate the thrust from heavy counterbalanced forklifts.
Locks & Bearings
ALL position 1” thick mechanical locks on BOTH carriages engage the full length of travel. Available with optional single point air lock release, requires air to lift.Options & Accessories
