Mobile Column Heavy Duty Truck Lifts
The Mohawk MP-Series Mobile Column Lifts provide 18,000 to 30,000 pounds of capacity per column, allowing total lift configurations from 32,000 to 240,000 pounds. Easily rolled and positioned by a single operator, these columns can transform any flat shop floor or outdoor pad into a fully functional service bay in minutes.

Maximum Flexibility
Each MP-Series column can operate individually, in pairs, or as a fully synchronized set, and any column can serve as the master control. Capacities of 18,000, 24,000, or 30,000 pounds per column let you mix and match to handle a wide range of axle weights. A 67-inch lifting stroke provides ample working height for tall technicians, while adjustable forks fit wheels from 13 to 24 inches and tires up to 48 inches in diameter—no wheel reducers required. Optional wider carriages and an Auto Frame adapter expand capability to passenger cars and light trucks.
Rugged, Maintenance-Free Construction
Built from heavy 5¾- or 7-inch U.S.-made forklift-channel steel, these columns outlast lifts made from bent sheet metal or tubing. Barrel-type roller bearings on the carriages ensure smooth, steady travel with no plastic slide blocks or rollers to wear out. Hydraulic actuation provides fast, efficient lifting without the friction of screw drives, and sealed rollers on the base make repositioning the columns quick and easy. Standard operation uses 208–240 V three-phase power, with optional 440/460 V or single-phase setups. Communication and electrical cables disconnect at both ends for fast setup and storage, giving shops flexibility whether the lift is stationary or frequently moved.
Built-In Safety and Easy Handling
Each column includes 19 mechanical lock positions spaced every three inches, starting at 12 inches, plus locking pins on the adjustable forks for secure engagement. A low-mounted power unit keeps the center of gravity low for easier maneuvering, while dual pallet-jack style steering wheels drop under load to prevent unwanted movement. A manual safety override allows controlled lowering during a power outage—no hand cranks required.
Wireless 24 V DC Operated Models
For complete portability, Mohawk offers a wireless 24-volt DC version of the MP-Series lift. Each column is powered by twin 12-volt, deep-cycle, maintenance-free U.S.-made batteries and equipped with a 20-amp, gel-filled, 110-volt charger for quick recharging. A single charge delivers 30 or more full lift cycles while still retaining 75 % battery capacity. These battery-operated columns feature the same heavy-duty construction, retractable wheels, adjustable lifting forks, and touchscreen controls as Mohawk’s AC-powered models, providing uncompromised lifting performance without the need for power cords.

Control Panel
PLC computer controls for continuous synchronization of all columns. Touchscreen display shows operational status height, locks engaged (or not), inspection, cycles, each tech’s usage and many other features.
Safety Locks
19 locking positions spaced every 3”, with ability to ‘park’ the load on the mechanical safety locks.
Adjustable Forks
Mohawk adjustable lifting forks are available in either 15” or 22” lengths for floatation tires or super-singles for safely lifting both rear tires. Forks adjust & lock for tire sizes from 48” down to 14” with wheels from 24” to 13” diameter.
Safety Locks
19 locking positions spaced every 3”, with ability to ‘park’ the load on the mechanical safety locks.
Lift Carriage
Mohawk mobile columns are built from 5 3/4” fork lift mast sections, featuring double sealed, self lubricating cylindrical roller bearings for smooth, safe lifting and lowering.
Wheels
Mohawk lifts steer via large TWIN, 6 5/8” diameter, rubber coated steering wheels to easily roll over expansion seams & shop debris. Mohawk-the easiest columns to move. No steel or plastic wheels. Mohawk lifts easily roll on 6” rubber coated steel wheels (not plastic) which retract, to load the weight on the lift & shop floor (not the lifts wheels or axle).Mobile Column Touchscreen

Active Posts
Prompts the user to verify that the network is detecting the desired number of columns in use Pressing “yes” allows the user to operate the lifts upon start up
Run Display Screen
Displays information about the lift’s status, current post height, battery level (on DC units), total weight on all posts, shows the load is lowered on the mechanical locks, a help screen and fast or slow operation
Supervisor Setup Example
Supervisor can setup up to 8 users and passwords, can establish a maximum height, and lockout time Supervisor screens only accessible with Supervisor clearance password
Help Screen Example
Sample of help screen System will run only when ALL E-stops are released Lift includes 21 different help screens
Lift Raising/Lift Lowering
Graphically shows whether the lift is raising or lowering with your choice of vehicle type (fire engine, dump truck or transit coach)
Locks Not Engaged
Appears if the lift is raised and not lowered completely onto the mechanical locks, an audio signal will also beep A locked lift image means that it has been lowered onto the mechanical locksOptions & Accessories

FRONT TO REAR BUMPER ADAPTOR
Slips over the forks to allow vehicle to be raised by the bumper or frame
MID & FULL HEIGHT JACK STANDS
Allows multiple vehicles to be raised with just 1 set of columnsETL certified to meet national ANSI standards7" fine adjustment at top of standSpring loaded for easy raising and lowering
AUTO FRAME ADAPTOR
Quickly slides over lifting forks & allows two columns to raise cars & light trucks by the frame to leave the wheels free
CHASSIS LIFTING BEAM
Special double wide columns permit 1 column to raise tandem or single rear vehicles.
LONG 22" LIFTING FORKS
Mix 15" & 22" fork models to safely raise all vehicles & fully contact both dual rear tires.
