The Mohawk TR-110 and TR-120 four-post lifts deliver 110,000 to 120,000 pounds of lifting capacity with a full 6′ 6 ⅞” rise for complete under-vehicle access. Standard features include all-position mechanical safety locks and pivoting approach ramps for easy drive-on service. Fast, Clear, and Built for the Heaviest Fleets
Mohawk’s above-ground four-post design lets technicians drive on and get to work without any wheelbase adjustments. The surface-mounted lift installs quickly and eliminates the environmental issues of in-ground systems, while its open, clear-floor layout gives toolboxes, tire dollies, and other shop equipment unobstructed movement beneath and around the vehicle for full undercarriage access.
Extra-Wide Runways and Heavy-Duty Construction
Engineered for the largest municipal and industrial trucks, the TR-110 and TR-120 feature 36-inch-wide runways with a full four-foot clear span between them, giving maximum undercarriage access and a 6′-7″ lifting height when fully raised for comfortable service on the tallest equipment. Adjustable runways accommodate virtually any wheelbase, from heavy snow-plow rigs and articulated loaders to buses and specialty fleet vehicles. Each lift is built from three parallel 12-inch wide-flange I-beams and uses direct-drive cylinders at every post, eliminating cables and top-rail obstructions while minimizing maintenance. Large 3′ x 3′ x 1″ thick column base plates are utilized to distribute the weight of the lift onto the floor. Models are available in multiple runway lengths, including custom configurations for oversized equipment.
Superior Safety and Service Options
Every TR-Series lift is engineered for uncompromising safety. Multi-position mechanical locks engage in all four posts and are backed by redundant hydraulic safeties with pressure-compensated flow control valves and tamper-proof velocity fuses. A single-point lock release, mechanical side-to-side chain synchronization, and an automatic track leveler keep the runways perfectly level even with heavy, uneven loads. Built-in front and rear wheel stops, automatic flip-up chocks ensure smooth, dependable operation. Each carriage rolls on four 5″ double sealed self lubricating ball bearing rollers. Optional rolling “wheels-free” jacks, track lighting, air lines, oil-drain pans, and 110-volt outlets let shops tailor the lift to their workflow.

Rolling Air/Hydraulic Jacking Beam
Optional rolling air/hydraulic jacks for "wheels free" tire and brake service. Jacks roll the full length of the runway and have a mechanically activated lock. Optional runway lighting illuminates the vehicle undercarriage.
Track Lighting
Optional shatterproof track lighting to brighten up the darkest vehicle undercarriages.
Rolling 25 Gallon Drain Pan
Optional rolling 25 gallon oil drain pan makes oil changes quicker & easier. Expanded steel grate supports filters when draining.
