TR Series Drive-On Lifts

The Mohawk TR-35 through TR-80 four-post drive-on lifts are engineered to service the full spectrum of fleet and public-works vehicles—from passenger cars and vans to heavy equipment such as winged snow-plow trucks, loaders, and buses. Each model provides unmatched under-vehicle clearance for repairs and preventive maintenance, and can be equipped with optional rolling “wheels-free” jacks that lift the tires off the runways for complete wheel, brake, and axle service.

Fast, Clear, and Environmentally Friendly

Mohawk’s above-ground, four-post design is built for speed and efficiency. Simply drive on and start work—no wheelbase adjustments required. Unlike in-ground lifts, the surface-mounted TR-Series installs quickly and avoids environmental concerns while offering a completely clear floor. Toolboxes, high-rise tire dollies, and shop equipment can move freely under and around the vehicle, giving technicians unobstructed access for every repair.

Versatile Runways and Heavy-Duty Construction

Runways are available in 24- or 32-inch widths with a full four feet of clear span between them, providing maximum undercarriage access and a 6′-2 ½″ lifting height for even the tallest mechanics. Adjustable runways fit any vehicle wheelbase, from passenger cars and utility trucks to RVs, school buses, and heavy dump trucks. The TR-Series is built from three parallel 12-inch wide-flange I-beams and uses direct-drive cylinders at each post—eliminating cables, reducing maintenance, and removing any “top rail” obstruction. Models are available in 20-, 25-, 30-, and 35-foot runway lengths, with custom sizes on request.

Superior Safety and Service Options

Safety is engineered into every TR-Series lift. Multi-position mechanical locks engage in all four posts, backed by redundant hydraulic safeties with pressure-compensated flow control and tamper-proof velocity fuses. A single-point lock release, mechanical side-to-side chain synchronization, and an automatic track leveler keep runways perfectly level even under heavy loads. Built-in front and rear wheel stops, automatic flip-up chocks, and double-sealed, self-lubricating ball-bearing rollers ensure smooth, reliable operation without plastic slide blocks. Optional equipment—such as rolling jacks, track lighting, air lines, oil drain pans, and 110-volt outlets—lets shops customize the lift to their workflow.
