TR-19 & TR-25: 4 Post Heavy Duty Vehicle Lifts

The Mohawk TR-19 and TR-25 four-post lifts are engineered for heavy-duty performance across a wide range of vehicles, from passenger cars and light trucks to utility vehicles and small RVs. Each model provides a full six feet of unobstructed under-vehicle clearance and comes standard with 20′ diamond-plate runways for sure footing and long-term durability. Optional “wheels-free” rolling jacks allow technicians to raise tires off the tracks for complete brake, suspension, and axle service.

For All Your Shop’s Lifting Needs

The TR-19/25 is the all-purpose solution for automotive and fleet service. Its above-ground four-post design avoids the environmental concerns and maintenance headaches of in-ground lifts while allowing fast installation indoors or outdoors. With a completely clear floor, toolboxes, jacks, and other shop equipment roll freely between the posts, and technicians enjoy full under-vehicle access without the side obstructions found on scissors or parallelogram lifts.

Wide, Durable Runways

Each runway measures 24 inches across and is surfaced with heavy-duty diamond plate steel for exceptional traction and long-term durability. This setup provides a full 48 inches of unobstructed span beneath the vehicle for easier repairs. For oversized applications—such as snow-plow trucks with winged blades or RVs with wide mirrors—the lift can be ordered up to nine inches wider. Every TR-19/25 comes with Mohawk’s full three-year warranty and the industry’s only extended cylinder coverage, delivering peace of mind and proven reliability.

Versatility and Adaptability

Whether you service cars, vans, trucks, buses, RVs, or twin-axle tractors, the TR-19/25 is built to handle them all. Adjustable runways accommodate vehicles up to either 19,000 or 25,000 pounds, and the lift raises to a full five feet nine inches, giving tall technicians plenty of working room. An optional 110-volt electric/hydraulic rolling jacking beam, rated at 15,000 or 25,000 pounds, can be positioned anywhere along the runways for added flexibility.

Heavy-Duty Construction

The lift’s runways are formed from parallel eight-inch steel I-beams—three I-beams on the 30-foot model—supported by rugged seven-by-five-inch structural steel cross rails. A ten-by-six-inch top rail can be reversed to either side for convenience. Mohawk’s chain-drive system eliminates the stretch and fray issues common to cable lifts, while double-sealed, self-lubricating steel rollers keep every pivot point running smoothly. Built heavier and safer than any comparable four-post lift, the TR-19/25 sets the standard for performance and durability in professional shops.

Unmatched Safety Systems

Safety is engineered into every TR-19/25. Multi-position mechanical locks engage at all four posts, and hydraulic safeties feature pressure-compensated flow control valves and tamper-proof velocity fuses. A single-position, two-hand release ensures controlled lowering, while mechanical chain synchronization keeps the lift perfectly level at any height.
