Mohawk Vertical Rise Lifts are engineered to handle the largest commercial and municipal vehicles, with capacities from 35,000 to 99,000 pounds and track lengths ranging from 20 to 48 feet. Available as surface-mounted, recessed pit, or flush-mounted systems, these lifts provide a towering 79–82 inches of rise—up to 13 inches higher than competing models—for complete, unobstructed under-vehicle access. Optional rolling jacks (26,400 to 44,000 lb. capacities) enable true “wheels-free” service for brakes, tires, and axles.
Built for Strength and Longevity
Recognized as the heaviest-built vertical rise lift in the world, the Mohawk design eliminates the wear, binding, and service issues common to other systems. Runways use a segmented box-girder construction, similar to bridge spans, to prevent sagging or twisting under concentrated or uneven loads and weigh up to 40% more than competitive models for a longer service life. High-strength polished hinge pins ride on self-lubricating bearings with easy-access grease fittings, while a sturdy base design spreads weight evenly so the lift can be installed virtually anywhere without over stressing the shop floor. The open platform requires no structural cross-bracing, removing trip hazards and leaving a clear work area between the runways.
Advanced Hydraulic / Mechanical Control
Mohawk’s exclusive closed-loop hydraulic/mechanical system keeps the runways level within ⅛ inch, regardless of vehicle weight distribution. Unlike electronic sensor systems that corrode and trigger costly fault codes, the volumetric control design uses four lifting cylinders inside the console linked by a large torsion bar for immediate, balanced response. A patented AOS energy-absorbing system eliminates the need for sliding base legs, allowing fixed hinges to provide a smooth, even lift every time. All controls and power components are premium Siemens hardware, factory-tested for reliability.
