Each lift carriage rolls on eight double-sealed, self-lubricating steel ball bearing rollers, offering smooth, maintenance-free performance—far superior to the plastic sliders used in other lifts. Built with 3/4” thick forklift mast steel columns, the LC-12 delivers unmatched structural strength and durability that stands up to the demands of continuous commercial and fleet use.
Designed with versatility in mind, the LC-12’s adjustable stainless steel hydraulic lines can be mounted overhead at any height or routed through the shop floor to suit your space and vehicle types. The low-profile 5” swing arms (just 4.5” with optional three-stage arms) easily slide under most passenger cars, while stackable adapter pads in 5″, 7.5″, and 10″ sizes offer adjustable height options for a wide range of vehicles. Optional lower-height, three-stage swing arms retract 2” shorter and reach 10” longer—ideal for servicing diverse and space-sensitive fleets.

Innovative, Low-Maintenance Hydraulic System
At the heart of the LC-12 is a patented hydraulic synchronization system that offers a cleaner, safer, and more efficient lifting solution. Hydraulic fluid is pumped between the two cylinders via overhead or in-floor stainless steel lines, eliminating the need for overhead covers, pulleys, equalizer chains, or obstructive floor plates. This streamlined design reduces maintenance and improves shop layout flexibility.
Rather than relying on cable or screw drives—which can stretch, fray, or fail—the LC-12 lifts via a 1.5” wide #BL-844 leaf chain system, rolling over double-sealed, self-lubricating chain bearings. This innovative design provides smoother, more consistent lifting with virtually no maintenance requirements.

Under Vehicle Access
